So that they can begin the next step of Pelan Bangunan MBPJ. And now wait 3 to 4 more months if they have not been fully prepared to submit their documents, or it could just take 3 to 4 more months, cant give a fuck anymore, but I hope all will be well by February 2019 to knock the fucker down.
Some may have a questions in their gut that asks, "can I stomach this ? Is it really worth it ? Do I have the stamina and endurance to do this ? What will it cost me ? "
and the hardest question of all : " Its 1 year to get this step done".
Do you even know what the feeling is like ? BRUH ? when you ask that question ? 1 year just for 1 fuckin step ? Not lowyatt hipsters. You got to be brave to take this kind of a step.
To me, it has taught me a lot about myself, breaking down, building myself up again, drive to push forward with idiots and holidays. But this is what I can share. With MBPJ you must know that they are really REALLY a slow bunch with NO Urgency, no 6 months can get approval wan wor. Im sure you can, if you have a quarter of the gift of brains from a lowyatt folk, but not me.
Would I do it again ?
You bet I would, and know YOU and I know now what to look for. I only hope that whoever discovers this blog. I am more experienced now, and YOU and I now know what to look for that delays shit :-
- Holidays and fucking holidays. Paired well with an election year = fuck me.
- Observing when to submit things and mastering that
- Run some events concurrently to save time
Why did I do it ?
If you had a feeling that things were not going to go well anyway, the least you can do is share your experience / blog / write a book / lowyatt about your worries OR do something about it. But I am here, standing as a lone wolf by myself. For the other wolves that would like to take this on, here is my path I share with you.
I blog here because it shows not only what it takes, and took, but what to look out for. I left no rock unmarked, no stone unturned, river uncrossed, if I am missing something, then you best let me know, cause lowyatt folks aint got SHIT to tell me for advise otherwise.
I dont keep to myself, I dont "pm me 4 mo info on da side " I share for anyone and everyone who wants to walk down this path. And if you are just like me, I am glad we know each other better now. Anyway, someones gotta lead the way than lowyatt folks in the chat rooms giving incomplete information. Right ? In this day and age, in Petaling Jaya, wanting to renovate or rebuild and you cant get information online EVEN from MBPJ thoroughly the complete steps, then someone has got to document it.

What happens next ?
I wait for my Engineers Plans, so I can send it to contractors to receive quotes like Mr. Eng Hoe and Mr. Eric. And so I can also get my Building Plan / Pelan Bangunan submissions with MBPJ on the way.

How will this blog change now ?
From here, there will be 2 topics that will run concurrently, the topics will be Pelan Bangunan MBPJ or Building Plans MBPJ Submissions, and the Contractors. Cause while the Building Plans are being submitted, its time to ask contractors for quotes so that a decision for a contractor can be approved in conjunction with Building Plan approvals.
I hope the Building Plans will not take that long as the Kebenaran Merancang is a pre approval process by itself. One contractor says about 3 months. Lets see.
