Today is the 13th of February and to many of you happy Chap Goh Mei / Chap Gor Mei / Chap Go May fuck it Happy CGM.
However last week on the 5th of February, yes on Chinese New Year, I met my draftsman at Kanna Curry House in Section 17 in Petaling Jaya. I signed off with my wife 10 copies of our Building Plans submissions.
Today though, my Arhictect signs off on all the plans as well and we have a date set with MBPJ for submitting all our documents in for Hardcopy purposes. We will do it on the 15th of February.

Submissions Online done for Engineers Plans here is what you need to see. Here is what it looks like
This is called the A15 Submission which is issentitally for your Land Works. Just 17 documents, something lowyatt people within the first 1.5 days out of 3 days to get MBPJ Approvals will encounter
And this is your A 21 Submissions, only 17 documents, Pelan Jalan dan Perparitan. Wow, just to build a little semi detached in petaling jaya, requires all sorts of shit huh
Well at least things now are approved online. Here are the approvals received online
A15 Gets approved by MBPJ for Kerja Tanah
A21 Gets approved for Pelan Jalan dan Perparitan from MBPJ
How much did all of this cost ? About RM 2,600.00 for me.
And we have not even gone through the OSC Meeting yet for the Engineers Submissions.
Then comes Architect / Draftsmans submissions once Engineers submissions have been approved.
If I dont get my approval for the next OSC Meeting, I might need to wait another month I guess. At this point, I have to be realistic, by October, If I cant knock down this place, I might have to just live in it.
Well I have been busy as of late, and knowing that Ramadhan is coming up shortly, I doubt any progress will happen at this upcoming month till after June.
Things are moving slowly again. But one really needs the patience I guess.
